- Grab your best-fitting t shirt and lay it flat on a surface.
- To measure the LENGTH, place one end of the tape at the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, and pull it down to the bottom of the shirt.
- For the half WIDTH, measure straight across from left to right, about 2 cm (1") below the armpits.
